Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, labels, and invoice copies are included to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
